传教士 The Mission

电影根据1850年在南美洲亚马逊河流域一个叫Guarani Indians 的地方所发生的史实而改编，叙述一名传教士深入荒原腹地传教的种种艰苦历程。罗兰·约菲导演的史诗式宗教冒险片，两位男主角形象虽有点典型化，内容也有点庞杂，但映象十分壮观，某些场面的摄影美得让人窒息，杰瑞米·艾恩斯与罗伯特·德尼罗的对手戏也十分精彩。最后葡萄牙与西班牙政府因为殖民地冲突而在当地发生战争屠杀，结局十分悲怆。



　　Ennio最具代表性的作品之一，其中唱诗班的铿锵有力的歌声应该是大家最为熟悉的旋律，无数次被用在各种电视节目上。



　　Ennio Morricone为本片所创的主题音乐，被誉为他从乐数十年来的经典，甚至被誉为二十世纪电影原声的经典。原声碟中既有唱诗班似的旋律，又融入了中南美洲拉丁风格的曲调，也加入了一些原始部落的打击乐。全碟尤其是其中的Main Title显得无比崇高、圣洁。
