钢琴课(The Piano)

精于细微实验乐风的英国音乐家Michael Nyman（迈克·尼曼）为影片配乐，在钢琴把两个相爱的人联系在一起，美妙的音符成为沟通两个人思想感情的媒介，钢琴做为影片唯一的主角时，Nyman就必须揣摩哑巴女主角与钢琴合而为一的情感表达，他指尖下碰触的琴键一点一滴溢出女主角内心流动的情感，急促时的激情愤怒，潺潺流动时那种悠然于天地间的潇洒恣情，钢琴乐曲完成后再加上弥漫着哀怨寂寥的欧式华丽风雅弦乐，犹如命运一般，无时无刻不在象征女主角的钢琴“声”边翩翩然的纠结缠绕，构成女主角/内心的情感/钢琴三个个体因孤独而相依的情怀。Nyman以素描心情画的风貌，取代戏剧性为传统的电影音乐手法，经由钢琴与弦乐所演绎的多样心情路径，与钢琴师的心灵邂逅。
