Everything Remains: As It Never Was

来自瑞士的民谣金属乐队Eluveitie是那种真正可以给人“眼前一亮”的乐队，他们在粗糙原始的Pagan Metal(异教金属)的坯体上用轻柔跳跃的Celtic Folk(凯尔特民谣)抹上了浓浓的一笔。



Eluveitie是正宗的Helvatia(赫尔维氐，欧洲古国名称，现瑞士，凯尔特民族的一个重要分支)民族的后裔，曾多达10人的团队编制足以体现出乐队音乐的丰富性，乐队使用的乐器更是丰富多彩，除了Bagpipe(风笛)、Low & Tin Whistle(哨)、Irish Flute(爱尔兰长笛)、Fiddle(小提琴)、accordion(手风琴)等凯尔特民族乐器之外，还有更加独特的Hurdy-Gurdy(轮擦提琴，手摇弦琴)、Bass-Shalm(低音萧姆笛，一种古双簧乐器，中世纪云游诗人所使用)、Gaita(西班牙风笛)、Stringed Mandola(曼陀琳)、Bodhrán(宝思兰鼓)，甚至有些乐器的名字从未耳闻。



Eluveitie组建于2002年，乐队的名字翻译成中文就是“我是赫尔维氐人”，一看便知是一支民族情结非常重的乐队。



在一张EP之后，乐队的首张专辑Spirit就让他们大受欢迎，乐坛好评如潮。2008年的第二张专辑Slania更是让歌迷赞不绝口，封面上在巍峨的雪下之下，一个小孩拿着长长的圣剑，让这张专辑充满了浓烈的战斗气息。接着在2009年乐队录制了第三张专辑，Evocation I: The Arcane Dominion，势头依然强劲。



现在，Eluveitie终于为我们带来的第四张录音室专辑Everything Remains As It Never Was，新砖依然是乐队典型风格，恢宏大气的民谣与气势磅礴的金属合而为一。
