音乐剧原声 - The Lord Of The Rings Musical(指环王音乐剧)

经过四年多的筹备和排练，史上最昂贵的大型音乐史诗剧《指环王》日前在多伦多威尔士王子剧院举行了首演。



音乐剧《指环王》以托尔金的同名魔幻小说改编而成，全剧总长3个半小时，共耗资2700万美元。据制作方介绍，该剧动用了55名主要角色演员、500多位群众演员和17部升降机，道具重量超过40吨。由于对剧院的硬件设施要求很高，世界上能满足该剧演出的剧院屈指可数。



据透露，《指环王》的主要制作班底来自安德鲁·韦伯的“真有用戏剧公司”（Really Useful Theatre Company），剧中主角、霍比特人弗洛多的扮演者是英国演员詹姆斯·洛耶。音乐剧的音乐由印度著名电影配乐大师拉曼谱写，融合了东西方多种音乐元素。



其实这应该是一部短命剧，评论各界对于其评价普遍不高，虽然名为音乐剧但是在长达4个小时的剧中唱段只有不到四分之一，反而大量运用声光电等高科技手段来营造气氛，已经有些偏离音乐剧的本质。

但是作为指环王小说的一个周边产品，还是值得收藏的。
