电影原声 - Apocalypto(启示录)

Mel Gibson转型导演后第二部独立电影，也是即前一部The Passion of the Christ(耶稣蒙难记)后第二部反映古文化及宗教历史体裁的影片。影片以全部演员起用当地土著居民为看点，甚至对白也全部采用影片所涉及历史的语言——玛雅语！影片首周就杀入北美票房榜的首位，尽管票房成绩不如The Passion of the Christ，但其精彩性不容错过。



与演员的质朴相反，在影片配乐上，Mel Gibson毫不含糊的请来了整个好莱坞腕儿级人物James Horner。这位鼎鼎大名甚至“入选”了我国高中音乐课本的大师毫无疑问是这部深邃历史背景所架构的独立影片最好人选。在突出玛雅文化的壮丽过程中，James Horner摒弃了传统的交响乐，而改用长笛、合成器还有完全真实的土著乐器，使人丝毫感觉不到现代拼凑出来的“摩登宏伟”。而James Horner还引用了以故Qawwali(一种宗教音乐)音乐大师Rahan Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan的人声，来映衬了玛雅祭祀文化的神秘，Ali Khan的喃喃低吟使人感到一种丝丝的寒意，在一种悲凉、惊恐的氛围中体验祭祀的神秘(当然，如果你听惯了Dark Wave的话，我想你的感觉不会是这样)。总之，单从故事性来讲，这部影片就是一部二流剧，但影片的卖点却是消亡已久的古老而神秘的玛雅文化，将这种纯粹的文化在当今这商业化横行的年代真挚的表达出来，没有一部出色的配乐大师操刀，再好的戏也出不来啊……
