一群外星人来到地球上寻找万年以前失踪的探险队，这个秘密被在休养所居住的老人们发现。外星人把他们找到的探险队员用茧丝包裹后存放在休养所隔壁的游泳池中。这里的水于是有了一种神奇的功效，能够使人驱病健体，返老还童。到这里来洗澡的人一多，必然会暴露外星人的踪迹。为了保存的队员的身体不受影响，外星人建议将这里的30位老人带到他们的星球去，老人们可以长生不老。
