此辑是Korn继《Follow The Leader》之后的首张全新创作录制专辑，邀来当红摇滚制作人Brendan O'Brien (Pearl Jam, Rage Against The Machine)操刀制作，因此在曲风上也做了些许的修正，主要是以Metal, Alternative Rock为主轴，至于上一张浓厚的Hip Hop/Rap风格，则扮演衬底、穿插增色的角色。另外，他们更加重了旋律性，甚至在序曲Dead里，还可听到苏格兰风笛声，以及轻松吟唱的歌声。再加上媲美Freak On A Leash充满迷幻颓废气息的首支单曲Falling Away From Me，到已率先在1999年的Woodstock演唱会上公开发表大获好评的Beg For Me、Wake Up，精彩可期。
