Demolished Thoughts

Matador将于五月二十四（欧洲地区五月二十三日）发表SonicYouth主唱/吉他手ThurstonMoore个人的第四张专辑DemolishedThoughts（如果算上1998年Root这张的话应该是第五张）。这是第一次与BeckHansen制作合作的一张专辑。唱片是去年秋冬季节分别在洛杉矶和马萨诸塞以及英国中部的北安普敦录制完成的。这张专辑名是来自于TheFaith乐队歌曲It’sTime当中的歌词。 DemolishedThoughts是过去几年Moore个人的作品总结，作品的完成过程无异是令人赞叹的。
　　1995年Moore发表了第一张个人专辑PsychicHearts,当时由Geffen唱片厂牌发行。上一张 TreesOutsidetheAcademy是2007年在他自己的厂牌EcstaticPeace下所发行的。 TreesOutsidetheAcademy的录制是由Moore与SonicYouth乐队鼓手SteveShelley以及小提琴手Samara负责完成。
　　回到这张五月份即将发行的专辑，其中除了Moore的吉他演奏和演唱之外，其他的乐手还有包括——小提琴手SamaraLubelski(她之前就参于过Moore的个人作品录制和巡演工作，她也发表过自己的作品还有参于像 MetalMounytains,HallofFame,TowerRecordings,Metabolismus等等乐队计划)，竖琴演奏家 MaryLattimore(同时也有参于KurtVile新专辑的录制),贝斯手BramInscore,鼓手JoeyWaronker以及制作人 Beck,另外这张专辑一部分录制工作就是在Beck于洛杉矶家中的工作室完成。
