A Dramatic Turn of Events

前卫金属巨擘Dream Theater即将发行他们的新专辑《A Dramatic Turn of Events》，预计将在9月13日，由Roadrunner公司发行。这张专辑将是他们继Mike Portnoy离队后的第一张专辑，新鼓手为Mike Mangini。

“对于这张专辑的出炉，我有一种难以置信的激动，我已经等不及要把它分享给所有人，”乐队吉他手兼制作人John Petrucci说道，“我们目前还在与著名制作人Andy Wallace一起工作，现在已进行到混音阶段。所有的这些歌都很棒！”

乐队键盘手Jordan Rudess说，“从我们的内心流露出了很多想多，于是便有了这张专辑。所有的东西都围绕着我们之前发生过的事，同时在整个专辑的制作过程中，这些东西从深处激起我们的创作欲望，我们希望能够做出最好的音乐。”

对于新专辑，主唱James LaBrie说，“在Dream Threater职业生涯的宏伟构想里，上几个月里我们非常的积极，很愉快，这是一件值得我们去做的事。这些新歌的声音，是我们从未有过的活力十足的感觉。我已经迫不及待的想让我们的每一个歌迷听到这些声音。”
