Gaz Coombes为Supergrass忙碌10多年，在2010年Supergrass宣布解散后Gaz Coombes表示：“不想在做乐队之类的事情，SOLO是目前最好的选择,在我的SOLO专辑中我可以做我想做音乐,不用去开乐队讨论会，不用去说服成员,很乐于做现在正在做的事情。”所以首张SOLO专辑《Here Come The Bombs》是近年来最能够表达Gaz Coombes内心所想，所希望做的音乐。
