筹备一年，RubberBand 2012年全新大碟以英文字母"E"的《Easy》为创作意念，同名主打歌“Easy”、“SLOW & EASY”和英文歌“(SIMPLE BUT NOT) EASY”均以简单乐器伴奏，传递出凡事都可以放松面对的讯息，还不少歌手朋友参与作featuring。

已派台多时的“进化论”的灵感来自成员阿正的一段demo，RubberBand在监制雷颂德的指导下以全新方式演绎重形的曲式，曲中更运用阿伟新mixer以突颢bass音色。此外，为了正视中国香港贫富悬殊和社会分化的问题，RubberBand特别写下一曲“睁开眼”，曲词流露真情温暖，以唤起港人内心被埋没的良知。
