Life Goes On & On

闊別他們第2張SHOWHAND大碟已經快兩年時間了， 2011 七月推出他們的第3張粵/華大碟“LIFE GOES ON ;& ON“。ManHanD慢行同樣擔任製作人身份也自家創作了總共15首粵與華歌曲; 累積了他們這兩年一路以來對音樂的想法和經歷表達。這次專輯的主題名為《LIFE GOES ON & ON》“生活還要繼續。“　 內容描述的人基本生活、人的基本態度、人的情感、人的基本缺乏。人與人之間的關係是一種複雜學問，感情的加減乘除後其實可以簡單化，生存意義及目標其實都滿街大路，但並不代表路路順通。壓力，緊張，感情都會影響一個人的生活延續ManHanD今次選擇Back to base 的題材，以人的題材再出發，Back to basic 鼓吹慢的平靜去淨化難題。
依然是“慢式音樂“！保留了他們“慢行“ 音樂風格，每首歌曲都特別去設計，不同感覺的曲風安排，以他們5位獨特個性風格，從 Hip Hop, Chill ;& Reggae, Pop 到Rock流行舞曲，集合所有以上元素然後粒子分解成他們一貫的“慢式音樂“！
