一支讲求旋律和歌词含义的乐队。乐队成员：Jon Foreman（歌手/吉他手ist），Tim Foreman（贝司手）（此二人为兄弟），Jerome Fontamillas（键盘手），Chad Butler（鼓手）。打榜单曲：《Meant to Live》

共出了四张专辑，其中 Meant to Live是蜘蛛侠2的主题曲之一

说到Switchfoot大多说人认识他们可能是因为他们为蜘蛛侠配唱了主题曲“Dare You To Move”，他们的音乐总是可以让我热血沸腾！以前他们共推出过4张唱片，给我印象最深的除了主唱无可取代的声音以外，还有每张专辑的封套，都是非常的艺术，最喜欢的是“The Beautiful Letdown”专辑那把废墟上的吉他，酷毙了！
