前HOT成员李在元自2005年4月发表首张个人大碟《No Pain No Gain》之后，便未有新作推出。睽违两年后，李在元终于带着最新作品回归乐坛，他更于五月初在Melon AX举行了showcase，演唱三首新歌。

　　李在元花了两年的时间筹备和制作三首新歌，主打歌“I'm so hot”由Park Sung Hyu作曲，是一首充满黑人色彩的Hip Hop风歌曲。碟二收入11首歌曲，全部均是在1集推出后所举行的演唱会的现场录音版本。大碟另收入“I'm so hot”的MV特别版。
