Through Toledo

Greg Laswell 拥有相当多的头衔：musician，recording engineer，producer。同时他又被归为才气歌手所属的 Singer-songwriter 类别。作为一名比较传统的 Singer-songwriter，原声吉他、钢琴就是必不可少的乐器，于是在这两样乐器的伴奏之下，Greg Laswell 就创作出了一首首温情的歌曲。对于这样的温情派，感觉就像某些清新 Indie 一样难以用语言描述听歌时的感觉，因为各人感觉不同，也就会产生不同看法。
Greg Laswell 来自于 California 的 San Diego，曾经发行过三张 solo 专辑，分别是 《Good Movie》《 Through Toledo》《Three Flights From Alto Nido》。另外还有两张 EP《Dead Air EP 》和《How the Day Sounds》。《 Through Toledo》由 Vanguard Records 在2005发行。最近 Greg Laswell 的作品也出现在了一些影视作品如 Grey's Anatomy, Smallville, One Tree Hill, The Hills, Cold Case 之中。Greg Laswell 同时还是一位巡演歌手，他与 Ingrid Michaelson, Matt Costa, Sia, Tim O'Reagan（The Jayhawks）和Amy Millan（Stars）共同奉献了多场巡演。另外，Greg Laswell 也是一位浪漫才子，他和美国流行明星 Mandy Moore 还上演过一段罗曼史。
