“salyu × salyu”名義としてコーネリアス・小山田圭吾とのコラボアルバムをリリースしたSalyuが、Salyu名義としては『TERMINAL』以来5年ぶりとなる4枚目のオリジナルアルバムをリリース。 小林武史の完全プロデュースで制作された本作には、シングル曲「LIFE」「青空/magic」、そして2012年2月1日にアルバムからの先行シングルとしてリリースされる「Lighthouse」などを収録。  初回盤には、2011年11月30日に東京国際フォーラムにて行われた、小林武史とSalyuの2人だけによる『a brand new concert issue“minima”-ミニマ- Salyu × 小林武史』のLiveの模様をフルに収録したDVDが付属となります。
