四人女子R&B合唱团Big Mama 在2003年首次推出大碟，以强劲的骚灵歌声震撼听众之心，她们的歌艺可媲美黑人福音之声，不讲偶像形象身材，她们只想做好好音乐。  Big Mama 大家姐Shin Yeon Ah监制整张大碟，而大部分的新歌均由各成员一起创作。主打歌「It's unique」足见她们四人的特有性格，而Big Mama 在第五首「Woman」表现了女性的悲哀及寂寞。至于第六首「Fly Away」，则是Shin Yeon Ah 的独脚戏，此曲揉合了new age 音乐加上流行曲式，甚富东方神秘的味道。  另外，值得留意新曲包括∶爵士乐「Girls' talk」 (秽八首)、骚灵曲风的「The Day」、Bossa Nova 的「Let's get married」(第九首)，强劲R&B舞曲「Again」。
