出生日期：1969年5月
出生地点：上海

1978年考入上海音乐学院附小开始二胡专业学习
1982年考入上海音乐学院附中
1985年升入上海音乐学院大学部。后师从二胡名家项祖英学艺
1987年参加"雀巢杯通俗歌手大奖赛"
1988年参加上海电视台举办的中秋晚会，演唱<中国台湾雪>
1989年录制个人专辑<我想有个家>，发行量超过一百万盒
1991年录制《周冰倩二胡高胡专辑》，发行量超过十万。同年东渡日本，发展音乐事业
1993年在日本第一艺能公司出专辑《Passing Love》。获得多种音乐大奖，被誉为"上海刮来的飓风"
1996年参加中央电视台元宵晚会。一曲《真的好想你》唱遍大江南北
