S.E.S.在第五隻大碟《Choose My Life-U》中以現代職業女性在生活中所面對的事情為主題。她們雖然控制了自己的生活，但在韓國傳統重男輕女的社會中，她們仍面對著不少挑戰。 大碟的主打歌「U」由Nick Manic負責，是一首既搖滾又拉丁的作品。在MUSIC VIDEO中，S.E.S. 的三名成員均打扮成現代職業女性：Shoo是個賭場荷官、Eugene是一個設計師、而Bada就是一個電影導演。
