超人气歌姬滨崎步早前为电影《伤城》主唱日本版主题曲，正式为迈向亚洲踏出第一步。事实上滨崎步已订下一连串拓展亚洲市场的计划，当中包括到中国香港等地举行巡回演唱会，绝对让乐迷引颈以待。这次推出的精选大碟《A BEST 2》，正好作为滨崎步的事业里程碑。

　　距离大卖450万张的精选大碟《A BEST》不觉已5年，这次的《A BEST 2》除网罗多首大热好歌外，更收录精心炮制的PV、除夕倒数演唱会及实况纪录，值得乐迷收藏。

　　《A BEST 2》分为“Black”和“White”两个版本。“White”版本以明亮系的歌曲为主，收录15首歌曲。双DVD收入收录曲的MV及“ayumi hamasaki BEST of COUNTDOWN LIVE 2006-2007 ” 实况纪录。
